UNDERSTANDING VINTAGE
Most of our watches are vintage and pre-owned, which means they may show signs of age or wear. That said, we take pride in curating pieces that are in excellent condition.
We also occasionally offer brand new or new-old stock (NOS) watches — these will be clearly stated in the listing. Even for NOS or unworn pieces, minor signs of age or handling may still be present. These are vintage timepieces, so please do not expect 100% brand-new condition.

WARRANTY
All quartz watches come with a 30-day battery warranty starting from the date of purchase. The last day of warranty will be written clearly on the warranty card. This warranty covers battery life only and does not include physical damage such as scratches, cracks, tarnish, discoloration, water resistance issues, or damage caused by misuse.
The warranty will be void if the case back has been opened or if there is any physical damage to the watch.
Mechanical watches do not come with any warranty. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in timekeeping for mechanical pieces.
There is no warranty for watches priced at $100 and below.
There is no warranty for international purchases.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
To make a valid warranty claim for quartz watches, please ensure that all of the following conditions are met:

The issue is related to battery life only.

You notify us via email at herra.vintageco@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase, including:

A clear photo of the entire watch (front and back)

A clear photo of the warranty card (front and back)

You have a valid warranty card (physical copy or digital).

The watch is returned in full original condition.

Do not send the watch to any other watch shop for battery replacement or servicing. Opening the case back will void the warranty.
All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis subjected to our approval.
Once the warranty period has ended, we will not be able to accept your watch for any battery or servicing issues. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we can recommend trusted watch service providers for your convenience. Please note that we do not take responsibility for the outcome or quality of services rendered by these third-party providers.
